It looks too low of an approach to Runway 23 at Vernon Airport in this photo taken from a hiking trail on the hills above Okanagan Landing. Suburban homes and trees fill the foreground with Okanagan lake beyond. The airport runway, just over a kilometre in length, looks deceptively short from this perspective.
